§ Colonel SANDERSThe claimant should apply to the secretary of the Agricultural Executive Committee for the county in which the land is situate for a Form of Claim (F.P. 352), which, when completed, should be submitted to the committee, who will forward it, with50W their report to the Board. If the Board consider it a case in which compensation should be paid, they offer the claimant either the sum claimed or such less sum as they think is properly payable. Every claimant has the right to appeal to an arbitrator if he is dissatisfied with the Board's decision.
