§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe hon. Member is under a. misapprehension. Article 395 of the Conditions of Peace reads as follows
The staff of the International Labour office shall be appointed by the Director, who shall 2150W as far as possible, with due regard to the efficiency of the office, select persons of different nationalities. A certain number of these persons shall be woman.
