GEDDESThe export of feeding-stuffs containing molasses, and of the great majority of meals, cakes and other food which may be used for animals is already prohibited to all destinations and is only exceptionally licensed. These restrictions will not be relaxed without due regard to the supply and price of feeding-stuffs in this country.
