§ Mr. LONGA Committee appointed by the War Cabinet to co-ordinate the proposals of the three fighting Services is expected to report early this week. So far as I know, the statement that the announcement was promised in time for the Victory Loan is incorrect, but as my right hon. Friend stated on 2nd July, it is hoped to announce a decision at a very early date.
