SEAGERasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware of the discontent among a large number of men who presented themselves for examination and service prior to 1st January, 1916, but were rejected on medical grounds and were called up under the new Act, Military Ser- 1186W vice (Review of Exceptions), and put into the Army after that date; and will he consider their case as requiring special treatment for demobilisation?
