§ Mr. CAUTLEYasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether probate estate settlement and Legacy Duty valuations of the Victory Loan Bonds held by a deceased holder at the time of his death and on the terms of the loan prospectus receivable by the Government at their face value in payment of such duties will be valued at the Stock Exchange quotations of Victory Loan Bonds on the date of the death?
