§ Mr. WARDLEThe statement in the first part of this question is, I am advised, open to considerable doubt If local advisory committees will bring to my notice the case of any pivotal man duly applied for before the 1st February whose absence is, in their opinion, retarding building operations and accentuating unemployment, steps will be taken to expedite his release.
