CRAIGI am not aware that there are many discharged disabled officers and1788W soldiers other than limbless who suffer much pain and discomfort through being crushed in crowds while travelling. Arrangements can be made to supply armlets to cases of this description, if it is shown that there is any demand from the officers and men for the provision of such a distinguishing badge.
