§ Dr. ADDISONOne-third of the members of urban district councils will retire at the coming elections in all districts except those in regard to which the county council have directed under Section 23 (6) of the Local Government Act, 1894, that all the members of the council shall retire 1805W together every third year. In these cases, the whole of the members will retire this year.
