§ Mr. DEVLINasked the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to the action of the railway companies in Belfast in their action towards the working men since the resumption after the strike; whether he is aware that the cheap weekly tickets issued to workers have been cancelled and the working men using the railways have to pay fares largely in excess of what formerly prevailed, on one of the lines up to 14s. per week; whether this action on 1769W the part of the railway companies is a breach of the Defence of Realm Act; and whether he will take immediate steps to have this grievance removed and the former conditions allowed to the working men?
