Captain GUESTMy right hon. Friend has asked me to answer this question. I am not aware of any delay, but if my hon. Friend will furnish me with particulars of any specific cases I will have them investigated.

Captain GUESTA Volunteer adjutant is not eligible as such for the gratuity under Article 497 of the Pay Warrant; but if before being posted to this duty he was drawing Army pay on the Active List, he is not disqualified by being so posted.
