Captain TUDOR-REESasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is now in a position to make his promised statement with regard to the withdrawal from India of the Devon Territorials who have been there for over four years, and who volunteered for foreign service on the promise given them in September, 1914, by Major-General Donald, on behalf of the 1594W then Secretary of State for War, that they would be brought back to this country before demobilisation commenced?
