§ Major HILLSasked the Secretary of State for War why officers in possession of the Volunteer Force decoration are not eligible to receive the Territorial Force decoration; whether it is unfair on an officer who has served so long as to qualify 1177W for both decorations not to be able to receive both; and, since there can be very few who are qualified for both, will he have the matter reconsidered?
