§ Mr. CHARLES WHITEasked the Pensions Minister whether he is aware that Forms S.1 and S.1A are the only forms which are now available in cases of applications by childless wives for the 6s. 6d a week supplementary allowance; whether he is aware of the unnecessary questions which are to be answered on these forms, including one asking whether the woman is in receipt of an old age pension; and whether he will at once issue a special form for use in this direction?
§ Sir J. CRAIGA new form of Declaration (of which I will send my hon. Friend a copy) to be made by a childless wife who applies for a 6s. 6d. supplementary allowance is about to be issued to local committees.
