Captain GUESTUnder the decision of the War Cabinet pensioners who have been allowed to draw pension and pay concurrently receive half the monthly increments of war gratuity for service after the first year. This is similar to the rule applying to officers recalled to service, under Article 497 of the Pay Warrant.
