§ Mr. BRIDGEMANThe whole question of the employment of aliens in British industries in which their employment may be undesirable on national grounds is receiving consideration, and the question of the employment of aliens on British ships is being dealt with as a part of the general question. Enemy aliens have not been allowed to receive Bhitish certificates, or to serve on British ships, during the War.
