§ Mr. GRUNDYasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that administrators of the Household Fuel and Lighting Order are restrained from doing their duty in protecting the public owing to the defective drafting of the Household Fuel and Lighting Order, 1919; that, owing to this system obtaining, dissatisfaction prevails with those 1079W anxious to carry out their duties without fear or favour; and whether the terms of the Order will he reconsidered?
§ Sir A. GEDDESI am not aware of the existence of dissatisfaction of the nature indicated, and as at present advised I see no reason to amend the Order.
