§ Sir R. HORNEMinimum rates of wages have been fixed for women employés in the dressmaking industry. I will send the hon. Member a copy of the Order dealing with this matter. These rates do not affect millinery work except infants' millinery. A Trade Board for the hat, cap and millinery trade has been established and will meet early in January.
