§ Mr. CHURCHILLThese officers have been in constant touch with their respective Territorial Force Associations, and many of them have attended all the meetings. They have also been constantly in consultation with the War Office, both officially and semi-officially, since they were appointed. I regret it is not possible to give the exact number of conferences attended by each officer without special inquiry.
