§ Dr. ADDISONThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. It has now been agreed that the Lee Conservancy Board should promote a Bill next Session enabling them to formulate a scheme, or schemes, for dealing with the whole watershed with a view to the prevention of flooding.
