Captain BROWNasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Munitions if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the War Motors Association, through whom the Disposal Board sell motor lorries, cars, and cycles to ex-Service men, are doing so in infinitesimal numbers only; that there is dissatisfaction throughout the country at their failure to supply the demand; and if he will take steps to render sales through this association more efficient?
§ Mr. KELLAWAYThe Disposal Board does not sell motor vehicles through the War Motors Association. The association purchases vehicles from the Disposal Board for resale to ex-Service men. So far as supplies are available, the Board is willing to make similar arrangements with any other approved organisation acting in the interests of ex-Service men.
