asked the Prime Minister whether he has received any communication from the hon. Member for South-East Leeds with reference to proposals by M. Litvinoff to get rid of the blockade and allow free intercourse with Soviet Russia; and, if so, will he advise the Supreme Council to consider this proposal favourably?
