asked the Postmaster-General whether he can make arrangements for the resumption of postal intercourse between this country and Petrograd and Moscow at an early date?

Mr. ILLINGWORTH

It would be contrary to the policy of the Allied Governments to open up communication with those parts of Russia which are in Bolshevik occupation, even if it were practicable to do so.
