Sir A. BOSCAWENParticulars regarding the Regulation in question were issued in the Board's weekly Press service. This service is sent regularly to about 2,000 addresses, including 700 agricultural and provincial newspapers. In addition, many of the agricultural executive committees advertised the draft Regulation in their county newspapers. It is impracticable for the Board to keep a record of the extent to which paragraphs of this kind are reproduced throughout the country, but I am informed that an extract from the draft Regulation was published in, amongst other papers, the "Agricultural Gazette" of 23rd June, "Farmer and Stockbreeder" of 7th July, "Farm and Home" of 2nd July, "Mark Lane Express" of 23rd June, "Land Agents' Record" of 19th July, "Estates Gazette" of 28th June, as well as in the "Newcastle Daily Journal" of 3rd July. These papers are circulated in the rural districts concerned.
