§ Mr. FORSTERAn arrangement has been arrived at. The staff will not be2152W transferred en bloc, as transfer is dependent in part on the wishes of the individuals, but no doubt the Ministry of Pensions will be glad to take into their service as many as possible of the old staffs who are desirous of remaining.
