§ Major-General SEELYOfficers and other ranks of the Women's Royal Air Force serving in the United Kingdom are not given free warrants when proceeding on leave; but officers and other ranks serving overseas receive two free 1955W warrants a year. In July last, as a special concession, those officers and other ranks who had been unable, owing to the exigencies of service, to take leave at Christmas, 1918, were granted a free warrant in respect of leave taken prior to the 31st August.
