§ Mr. KELLAWAYI have been asked to answer this question. The British Mission in the United States of America have about 11,270 tons of barbed wire. This material is not useless and will, in fact, be sold in the course of the next few days. The charges for storage and guarding have been at the rate of one dollar per ton per month.
