§ Mr. FORSTERAs notified in Army Council Instruction No. 242 of 1919, dated 7th April last, Post Office Civil servants serving with signal units may volunteer for further service without obtaining the permission of the head of their Department. Any question relating to their civil pay or the Civil Service Regulations applicable to them should be addressed to my right hon. Friend the Postmaster-General.
