§ Mr. FORSTERThe release of all men is dependent upon whether or not they are eligible under the Regulations governing demobilisation, and I regret that I cannot authorise the release of others, to the prejudice of men of long service, and those who have been repeatedly wounded, or who are over the stipulated age.
