§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe age limits for admission to the Army entrance examinations are between seventeen and a half and nineteen, the governing half-yearly dates being 1st January and 1st July. Exceptions are made in favour of those who have served in the War who can compete up to twenty-one years of age. The answer to the latter part of my hon. Friend's question depends on the conditions laid down by the various universities.
