§ Hotel Cecil.— This is being relinquished this week.
Adelphi Hotel.— The hotel was finally evacuated during the first week in May, after which the Royal Engineer fittings had to be taken out. The premises were handed back to the owners on 26th May. Dilapidations have been settled. Delay in cleaning and redecorating is the responsibility of the owner.

Cavendish Hotel. —This hotel was vacated by the Air Force in January. Owing to difficulties with regard to the furniture, it was not handed back to the owners till the end of March. It is under stood that redecoration began as soon as the hotel was handed back.
