Payment for the land commandeered from Colonel Marling will be made as soon as the outstanding question of boundaries and rights of way have been settled with Colonel Marling's agent. Owing to the negotiations for the purchase of the land not having been completed, it 901W was not possible to take advantage of Colonel Mailing's offer to invest the purchase money in Victory Loan.
