§ Mr. CHURCHILLAs I stated on Tuesday last, the establishment to give effect to the principle that education is henceforward to be regarded as an integral part of Army training cannot be laid down until the composition and conditions of the future Army are finally decided. Upon these factors the arrangements for the provision and preparation of permanent teachers must depend. The importance of the matter is fully realised, and it is receiving careful consideration.
