§ Mr. CHURCHILLI am afraid I can add nothing to what I said on this matter during the Debate in this House on the 29th July. The detailed arrangements for the evacuation must be left to the military authorities on the spot.
§ Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHYasked the Secretary of State for War whether his attention has been drawn to the debate in the French Chamber on the subject of the evacuation of Odessa, in which statements were made, and not denied by the French Government, to the effect that the Bolsheviks prevented disorders and pillaging by the civil population during the evacuation and did not molest the withdrawal of our Allies; and whether he has considered a similar arrangement for the evacuation of North Russia?
