§ Mr. CHURCHILLPatients undergoing treatment for venereal disease in military hospitals are not permitted to move freely as suggested in the first part of my hon. and gallant Friend's question. Except under very exceptional circumstances, patients who are in a condition to spread infection are not granted leave from the hospital.
