§ Mr. CHURCHILLAt the commencement of the War it was found necessary owing to lack of accommodation to use the married quarters of the various permanent barracks for the accommodation of officers and men. Orders have been issued that such married quarters are now to revert to their former use. The question of providing married quarters for officers and other ranks on an increased scale above that which existed before the War is under consideration.
