§ Mr. GRUNDYasked the Secretary of State for India whether he is aware that soldiers in India who were formerly trade unionists in this country have been warned that they may be called upon to take the place of Post Office servants on strike in India; whether he is aware that the warning is creating a serious feeling of discontent among the troops; and whether he will take steps to ensure that the soldiers shall not be used for any such purpose?
