§ Mr. FISHERMy right hon. Friend the Minister of National Service and Reconstruction has asked me to reply to this question. The physical training of elementary school children is organised by the local education authorities, and application should be made to them by members of the Army gymnastic staff who are competent to train children, if they desire such employment.
