§ Mr. SPOORasked the Secretary of State for India whether he has received a cable from the Moderate party of Indian politicians praying the Crown to disallow the Anarchical and Revolutionary Crimes Bill; and whether, in view of India's manifested loyalty during the War and of the opposition to this Bill, which will create an atmosphere absolutely prejudicial to the successful working of reforms, he will give consideration to this request?
