§ Mr. FORSTERArrangements were made with the Dutch Minister for issues 1419W from the British Relief Fund to cover the extra expense of officers in captivity in Turkey. Where officers can show that their necessary expenses exceeded the amount of such Grants, in addition to the advances made by the Turkish Government, any claim submitted showing details of the extra expense incurred will be favourably considered.
