HC Deb 02 April 1919 vol 114 c1240W
Sir L. HARMSWORTH

asked the Secretary for Scotland whether, in view of the low speed of the "Norna," "Minna," "Freya," "Brenda," and "Vigilant," and their general inadequacy for policing duties, he will approach the Admiralty with a view to securing faster vessels, no longer required for war purposes, to replace these vessels?

Mr. MUNRO

The fishery cruisers are not, according to my information, of unduly low speed or inadequate for their duties.
