§ Mr. JAMES HOPEIf my hon Friend has in mind the Report of the Committee presided over by Lord Moulton, I would 1091W refer him to the answer given on the 24th February last to my right hon. Friend the Member for Worcester. The whole question has now been referred to the Royal Commission on Awards, of which Mr. Justice Sargent is President, and this Committee is not expected to report for some time to come.
