§ Mr. JOWETTasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether his attention has been called to the cases of men who voluntarily enlisted for general service at the beginning of the War, some of whom were old soldiers and had served in the South African War; and whether, having regard to the fact that time-expired Regulars and Territorials receive a month's leave and bounty at the termination of their period of service, the Army Council will make similar concessions to 1629W those who volunteered at the commencement of the War on the conditions referred to?
