§ Sir ALFRED MONDIt is not possible to present a balance sheet of this year's cultivation in the two Royal Parks until the cereal crops have been threshed. It it unlikely that this will be completed before next spring, when a balance sheet will be prepared. I am, however, confident that the year's operations will show a satisfactory result.
