JONESasked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that, in addition to the continued failure of the Coal Controller to arrange for the anthracite collieries in West Wales to work more than three days per week, steam coal collieries producing the most useful kind of manufacturing coal are being kept working short time and have recently been reduced to four or five days per week; and, in view of the loss of production in industries, will he give an early day for discussion of the control of coal production and transport?
