§ Mr. HERBERT FISHERThis college is not a university or a university college, and is not, therefore, excluded by the words enclosed in brackets in Clause 16, line 29, page 11. I cannot, however, without further examination, say whether all its teachers would be pensionable under the Bill in respect of their service in it.
