§ Mr. HAYES FISHERThe Bill is designed to give certain powers to county councils in England and Wales. I have not understood that its provisions were 961W required for application to Ireland, but if the Irish Government consider that the Bill could be usefully applied to Ireland, the matter can be dealt with by an Amendment in Committee.
