§ Mr. WATTasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Article 3 of the agreement between this country and Greece respecting liability to military service gives the British Minister at Athens absolute power to grant exemption from military service to any British subjects in Greece; if so, will he say to how many has this exemption been given; and what is the status, professional or social, of the men to whom such exemption has been granted?
