§ Mr. HAYES FISHERI am informed that the Stepney Board of Guardians have deferred consideration of this matter until December. I have recently issued a circular to Poor Law authorities intimating my approval of the payment of war bonus on the Civil Service scale to the staffs of those authorities. I am sending my right hon. Friend a copy of this circular.
