Southworth, of 271, Maryvale Road, Bourneville, Birmingham, a war worker volunteer asking to be transferred to his home at Blackburn, where he has been promised work in a controlled establishment; and whether, in view of the man's circumstances, his wife's bad health, and his large family, he will grant the request?
